Q. Which visa do I need to work legally in Japan

Category: Asia » Japan » Finding Work in Japan

A. Answer:

To teach legally in Japan you need to have an ‘instructor working visa’. In order to get this you’ll need a ‘certificate of eligibility’ from your employer. Once you have this you can apply for your visa at your local Japanese embassy. Your employer should guide you through the visa application process.
