Q. What is the demand for TEFL teachers in Greece like?

A. Answer:

Due to Greece’s recent recession, there are not as many opportunities to teach there as there have been in the past. However, if you have experience and the right qualifications, there are opportunities available. One word of warning though: it is incredibly difficult for those without an EU passport to persuade schools to sponsor them, especially with such a willing supply of native English speakers from the UK and Ireland.
