Grammar Awareness

To the native English speaker grammar is instinctive, but that doesn’t make it any easier to teach! This course is specifically designed to de-mystify the complexities of English grammar, so you can effectively communicate the key principles to your students.

This 20-hour online course re-introduces you to the fundamental structures and concepts that underpin the English language and will effectively prepare you to teach these same lingual models to your students. It is available to both Weekend and Online TEFL customers.

Let’s face it, most people consider grammar to be somewhat boring, but we’ve done our best to make it interesting. This short course will help you appreciate the importance of grammar and enable you to create and deliver lessons that will bring the subject to life.

• The Nuts and Bolts of English (5hrs approx)
• The Tenses of English (5hrs approx)
• The Functions of English (5hrs approx)
• The Sounds of English (5hrs approx)
