How does this work?
For all online courses you simply call our customer services number and talk over your problems, if these cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction then you’ll get a refund within 10 days.
For all classroom or weekend courses just speak to your tutor on the day. Again, if your problem cannot be resolved your tutor will pass your details back to our team to initiate the refund, again expect that to take about 10 days.
