FAQs about the TEFL Course in Edinburgh
What time should I arrive at the hotel for the course?
The course starts at 09:00 on both Saturday and Sunday so we advise getting to the destination for around 08:45 so the tutor can start on time. The course finishes at 18:00 on both days. If you arrive late the hotel will give you a key and send you up to the meeting room.
Where should I go when I arrive?
If you head to the reception of the hotel and ask where the i-to-i course is, a member of staff will point you in the direction of where the course is taking place.
Do we get any breaks?
You will get two tea and coffee breaks on the Saturday and one the Sunday (with free tea and coffee) and a lunch break on both days.
Where can I get lunch?
The course venue is only 5 minutes’ walk from where Jeffrey Street crosses the High Street (Royal Mile), where there is a busy parade of shops, pubs and takeaway outlets. If none of these take your fancy, just ask at the venue reception and the staff will be happy to give you some recommendations.
What should I wear?
We advise wearing something you would wear if you were teaching in a classroom. Jeans and trainers will be fine.
