Unfortunately because you're in the Philippines you wouldn't be able to take part in the China internship program, as it involves a classroom course which you have to take in either the US, UK, Ireland, Canada or Australia. However, that shouldn't hold you back from teaching in China - non-native speakers can find work independently there, especially if you've done a recognized TEFL course such as i-to-i's 100 hour course: http://www.onlinetefl.com/tefl-courses/online-tefl-course-100.html
