Welcome to Chalkboard. Great to see you're interested in teaching in Poland, what has attracted you to teaching there? A 140 hour TEFL qualification will certainly be enough to find jobs in Poland, most employers want to see that you've done at least 120 hours worth of TEFL training, so by doing 140 hours you will be in a really good position to find pretty decent jobs out there.
To get you started on the site you may want to have a chat to these members who are currently teaching out there at the minute - they will be able to give you lots of help and advice about teaching and living there:

I'm an Aussie looking to teach English in Poland near the South-West region of the country. Haven't been to Poland in many years and wondering how much has changed.
Perhaps I could do some volunteering for the first few months. I hope the 140 hour TEFL is sufficient for basic teaching jobs in Poland. It's all a bit new and scary for me. I am fascinated about everyone elses experiences and love to hear new updates from you all.
