Help please

Hello all, This is my first ever post on Chalkboard. I did the Online Tefl 100 course here three years ago before going to China for my wife (who is Chinese) where I did lots of teaching for almost three years. Now, I did mention a wife. Well, sadly, I had to leave China for various reasons which I won't go in to. My wife and son are still in CHina. Now, I am back in the UK, and have been for a few months, but now, I am looking for a new teaching experience. I don't have a Degree, but I do have a British Passport as someone who was born there, I am a EU Citizen, I am a native speaker, I have had experience of teaching ages ranging from 18 month toddlers to 21 year old University students. I have a good reference from my previous position, I have others too. I also have a few photos of my class and a school which I taught in. Now, where do I want to go? Somewhere where a degree isn't compulsory is a must. I also need to be able to pay a bit of money to look after my son, so freebies and volunteering are no-gos sadly. I am really interested in INdonesia, but flights are expensive. That's my preferred destination. However, I am also very keen on the Czech Republic and Eastern Europe such as Latvia, SLovakia etc. Now, perhaps people could give some recommendations, please... I would like some tips and direction as the job-board on here is a bit empty of non-degree positions. Answers needn't be put ona postcard. Thankyou in advance.

Hey,

Have you thought about Hong Kong?  I've been here for about nine months and just do a bit of tutoring privately.  I don't have a degree either and although many of the positions advertised say it is necessary to have a degree, I think someone with experience could talk their way around that.  Also you would be a bit closer to your family.

Good luck!
