Hi there,
Unless you are Scottish, over 18 and are earning less than 22K* pa, it's unlikely that you'll be able to get any funding for the course and/or internship. Thus your choices are saving up or getting a loan, either from family or the bank. Remember that you will need to have a certain amount of money at your disposal to pay for flights, visas and initial living costs in-country, and if you do the internship you will need to have extra funds to supplement your earnings.
Back on the subject of training, it is possible to pay for shorter courses and add bits on at a later stage, although this will probably cost you more than if you were to pay for the whole thing outright. If you're lucky, you might find the courses being offered through Groupon at a fraction of the price. Note that offers are generally for 24hrs so if you see one, book it because it won't be there the next day.
