Young learners - Pets lesson

Want to teach your young learners about pets? I have some flashcards which I use (from www.theenglishexpress.co.uk) and have printed these out on card to make them durable... Shrove Tuesday

Yesterday was a fun lesson, for my pre-intermediates my warm up was new verbs on the board....I listed: To placeTo set asideTo stirTo drizzleTo removeTo siftTo mix (different actions from stirring)To sprayTo pourTo tiltTo flipTo foldTo drizzle. Pre-intermediate Level

I've just finished my evening class of 15 students at pre-intermediate level. It's great the things you learn about your own language and where you conversations and explanations lead you... We learnt and discussed music, bands, popstars and did a music quiz activity to boost interest whilst learning and using the past simple and past continuous grammar points.
