Hello out there, I just wanted to know if anyone has experienced a long wait after the jobteam sent out your docs.
I completed the 100 hr course, have over a year volunteer teaching experience and i'm a bit surprised after reading other blogs where teflr's have received contact that I haven't heard anything yet. I was told that I would receive contact within 28 days, but it's been over a month now. Has anyone else experienced this? Any info would be appreciated.

O.K so it's been two months since I sent my docs to the Jobteam to be sent for review to the Indonesian partners. I've not received any word from Indonesian partners or the job team . Gotta say that I feel pretty much ignored at this point. I doubt that this is a normal thing and can't help but wonder what is really going on. Should I just forget about Indonesia and try to teach in another country or forget about i to i all together and continue with another program. I don't have a problem looking for jobs on my own, but the jobteam is supposed to assist in the process. At least fill me in on whats going on.
OK, thanks for your reply.
Hi there,
Usually it's around 28 days, but sometimes people do find that it's a little longer. I've checked your records and Aarti in our operations team sent an email to our partners in Indonesia on your behalf on Friday to chase them up, so hopefully you should hear something soon.
Good luck!
