Resources for ESL class discussion groups

Hey everybody! Hope your TEFLing adventures have all been going awesomely. :) I have two classes I teach weekly with exclusively upper-intermediate students from the Middle East. I'd like to start incorporating discussion groups, using audio/read-along programs. My students are passionate about politics, building tolerance between religions/ethnicities, and American culture. Hey, just wanted you guys to know that being a ESL teacher is probably the best thing in the world. :-) I've been at it for nearly a year now, and I am having the time of my life. Teaching online?

Hey fellow TEFL'ers! I've recently finished my TEFL course, and am looking for a job teaching ESL online. I'm currently unable to travel overseas due to health issues, and so teaching ESL online would be SO ideal. Do any of you have any ideas, leads, maybe experience in this area? New to the Chalkboard...
