Hello!!!
Question for anyone who has/had the TEFL TV package add-on. When I signed up for my course, Rachel informed me that there was a way to download the videos to keep them.... anyone know how? I tried the downloading for the iPod/iPhone thing, but it pops up with an error message about the server...

Honor, I managed to download the first video.. but then when I went to download the second one it popped up with that message again. No idea what's going on. I haven't tried the firewall thing since I got the first one downloaded.. but maybe I'll try the firewall thing now that it's acting up again. I'll let you know more later!

Give disabling your firewall a try and if that doesn't work let me know and I'll have the guys in customer support look into it for you.
I had problem downloading these videos too, also I had problems with the learning modules.
Both problems were due to my anti virus/firewall program (Kaspersky Internet Security), when I disabled the protection I had no problem viewing the modules or downloading the videos.
Give it a try, best of luck :-)
