Yep, well nothing beats a smiling face and a positive attitude. Not even a Uni degree! In that case I would just fly to where you want to teach and go from school to school. That way they can see how enthusiastic you are rather than just looking at a piece of paper which has no Uni degree on it...I half understand why some countries want one, and props to those who had the discipline to do Uni, but with half the degrees I dont know how they would help people teach! I guess they just are looking for that discipline. And that people half a brain on their head. I did really well at school though, I just had no clue what I wanted to do, got sucked into the money making of the office lifestyle and never left!
Yay well let me when you start and how you are going!
Hi Sharon!
Nice to hear from you :)
I think you should definately do the course. I mean I guess it depends what your money situation is like, but the way I am looking at it is if I hate it I can just go back to the office job and at least I tried, and it wasnt just another of my hairbrained schemes. This one is a nice one to do as well as its cheaper and its mainly online so doesnt get in the way of every day life. Its alot cheaper than any of my other grand plans of studying this and that at university for 4 or 6 years! And if I really love the studying then maybe I can go on and do something after, its kind of like an experiment.
I guess when it comes to the job part Im going to start off volunteering (I have a bit of moeny saved you see). That way it will give me the experience and then maybe a Uni degree wont be so important. Who knows.
I have been doing the course for a week and I love it. I say go for it!
