About Me

Hi,
My name is Anthony, I'm from Runcorn which is a town just outside of Liverpool - i work in a call centre making a mediocre wage and my feet are itching to do something new.
I have spent the majority of the last 3 years working in a hostel in Athens, Greece.. Originally just a weekend in Athens - this turned out to be the greatest job ever! Starting off with small jobs like painting and cleaning i ended up running the bar with bar crawls and such every night. I came back home for my sisters 21st, got talked into staying until after christmas... and lo and behold here i am over a year later still in Runcorn - wit possibly a dead end job just wanting a bit more from life.
Don't get me wrong - i love the job i'm doing now but i need to be out there, meeting people from all over the world like i was in Athens. I want to dive into new cultures. I want to see how other people live. Thats what i love about life, that everyone is different... Here, I'm just normal. But its not normal to be normal - its when im out in the world that i become somebody. Ok power speech over... but yea, this is what i want to acheive from TEFL - i'm just saving up the last of my pennies then im booking the course.
Indonesia looks a dead cert for me, although i'm entertaining the idea of working back in Athens as well.
