Studying

I have not been here for ages so here are my current thoughts. I been working my way through the grammar aspect of the tefl course. I tell you its challenging and tiring lol. It is only my second week studying and I have never felt so drained other than during the uni days.

I am proud of me though...i am finally on exercise 58...phew...thinking about this before I answer these ones. I will attempt to do the other modules as well tomorrow. Need to do some hard core study tomorrow and Sunday.

Other than just studying I have also kept up with my gym and being on top of my job! It is all tough and there are not enough hours in the day to do everything you want.

My day starts crazy with waking up at 5.30am or 5.45am. I get ready and leave around 6.30-6.45am. At work around 7.30am. As soon as I turn the pc on it is time to study and get going. I do that for an hour and then back to my day to day job. Lunch comes and I am stuck on my chair doing further studying.

The best way of unwinding for me is a trip to the gym with my music in and blocking out everything around me. It is good doing that for an hour before making the long 40 minute journey home.

I am chilling out right now watching American Idol. I am going to call it a night soon as I am super duper tired :(. Long day it has been.

Night xxx

Thank you for your comment :). I really appreciate it.

What is it that you do? Are you studying right?

I got to the gym just to separate out my studying period. It's all a bit crazy with work and study so I need to do other activities hobbies. Life can't all be about studying lol. Although I am hoping to study another foreign language if my company sponsor me lol. I guess I can't get away from studying and having knowledge is great :).

I been sleeping bad lately but hope it gets better soon. I now have a cold :(.

Wow, that sounds like a really full on day.. good on you for keeping up the routine!

I start really early too... get up at 6 most days and most of my classes are spread around town so much I sometimes spend 4-5 hours on the metro... luckily my academy pays me for travel.

I should spend time in the gym.. I know I'm not fit enough!  I did start running in the park but it's so cold at the moment that by the time I'm home and it's dark, I just want to listen to some BBC radio and get my lesson planning over.  I also have insomnia, so I tend to fall asleep at odd times!

So, I sympathise with your tiring day!  Make sure you get some 'me time' at weekends!  oh yeah.. sleep well :-)
