Just a quick one as am on a military schedule to complete the online course by the end of the month.

Was suppose to have a telephone interview with South Korea yesterday at 9am but heard nothing. Apparently the lady had to go to ER therefore we had to reschedule to Wed 9am. I wonder what Korean ER are like...

Just had my telephone interview with Thailand. The lady I spoke to was British and she was lovely. It was not as scary as I thought and it was nothing too technical. We just talked about my previous work experiences and how it is related to the job I am applying for, and cultural challenges in Thailand. As it was quite a nice and easy conversation, it has made me really nervous now as to whether or not I have done everything I could to get the job. I want this job so badly... definitely my first choice of destination so far especially when they can get me to start at beginning of Feb!!! Please keep your fingers and toes crossed for me!!!

Got a telephone interview confirmation through this morning for Japan so hopefully that would happen at 9am on Thursday. Due to the time differences between UK and SE Asia, it is quite difficult to find a socialable and reasonable time to do these interviews. It would either be first thing in the morning when you are suppose to be getting ready and not to be late for your current job, or bedtime!!! I suppose, little sacrifices that I will have to make in order to secure my dream job for the next year or so.

Back to my TEFL online course - onto module 3 assessment!
