About Me

Hi my name's Sam, I'm 24 years old and I'm from Halifax, Uk. I left University with a Bachelors degree back in 2009. Since then I have been working in Admin in a school (wasn't quite the direction I planned on heading in). So basically I've been working in the same school working in the various areas of Admin all of which have pretty much being mind-numbingly boring. I had always planned on going off travelling and seeing the world, but after Uni I couldn't afford to go and none of my friends wanted to go travelling and so then got into work and basically got trapped and stuck in a rutt. Recently I have gotten so fed up, I started looking at going off travelling, however none of my friends still wanted to go travelling and I am too scared to go to on my own to a new country. So i started looking at other ways of travelling/working abroad that I could do on my own but also had more support to help me, so that's when I started looking at doing tefl courses. When I found the EDI course with i-to-i i thought it was perfect for me so here I am, just starting the course.
I'm always happy to make new friends, so feel pleased to add me. Whether you've just started the course as well or even if you've finished the course and are off teaching in some unknown place.
