Hi everyone!

Hope you all had a nice week. Mine was quite hectic, actually - which is good, considering I usually worry about not having enough work!!

Last Saturday I went to a Fair Trade exhibition in Milan and it was the first time I visited it on my own. I must admit I pretty much liked it, because I had time to see what I liked and I took my time without worrying about someone else being bored or not interested... :) So that was the end of last week.

This week started with another trip to Milan, for a job interview this time. I met a Spanish woman who owns a language school/translation agency there, because they are looking for English teachers. The interview went well and then we ended up speaking Spanish (I guess she also wanted to check my knowledge of it, as I was also applying to be a Spanish translator/teacher)! She said she hopes to call me back soon, so that we can start our collaboration, so I guess now it's just a matter of when to start!

Then I received an email from Vaughan Systems and we arranged our face to face interview in Madrid for March 30th!! Yep, that's in about 10 days!! I can't wait!! And I'm both excited and a bit nervous, as it's the first time I go to Madrid and I'm going on my own!! :P But all in all I think everything will be fine. And then, maybe, I'll finally be able to buy that pair of flamenco shoes I've been dreaming about lately... :P

I'm not going to bore everyone with stories about the Italian courses I'm teaching (one of which is almost finished anyway)... As for the kindergarten, today was the second lesson and, I must say, a looot easier!!! The kids were somehow easier to deal with and I taught them some colors, so I was also able to get them to play a bit (I used 'Simon says', which they liked a lot, apparently!!)! We'll see what I come up with next time! I told them we're going to have a competition and I'm thinking of splitting them in two teams, where they have to guess colors, etc. We'll see anyway!

On a 'lighter' note, I forgot to mention I'm also getting together with my flamenco friends every Monday evening now, because we have to study a really tough coreography (which is beautiful anyway, but really complex!!) for our end-of-the-year show...Now *THAT* is scary!!! :D We're meeting again next Monday, so we'll see!!! We really need to study hard!! :P

Now I'm really tired, though, so I think I'm going to have some rest...

Have a nice weekend, everyone, and I'll keep you posted on my kindergarten/Madrid/flamenco adventures!! :)
