So, after a few attempts I finally managed to call Vaughan Systems and speak to the Recruitment Manager... :) He was very kind, actually, and the 'scary' telephone interview was limited to just a couple of questions I could answer without too much effort!
Next step, he's sending me some material and information in order to arrange a face-to-face interview in Madrid (which, now that I think of it, could also be a good opportunity to buy a new pair of flamenco shoes...Hehehe)... We'll see how this goes!
As for the 'kindergarten story', looks like I'm getting the job anyway in the end!!! The person they had to hire (who fortunately hasn't signed the contract yet) only went once and then 'mysteriously' disappeared from the face of the Earth!!! My friend said she's been trying to call her but her calls went directly to voicemail...Aaanyway, she said that if I'm interested, the job is mine!!!...Of course I am!!! :)
So I'm starting on Friday, 2.5 hours each Friday, teaching children aged 3-5...Scary as hell, but I know I can do it!!! But now I'm starting to think my Karma is finally working the right way... :D
I'll keep everyone posted on how everything goes!! Now I'll go grab something to eat before flamenco class!! :)
