Wow thank you alix!
If you want free resources, my favourite by far is Busy Teacher. If you're prepared to pay about £50 a year you can register with One Stop English. This site is awesome! I can't tell you how much I value it - they've got all kinds of grammar lessons for all ages, skills lessons with audio tracks, business lessons, plans, advice, everything.
However, as I said, Busy Teacher is also super cool, but really aimed at kids, not much there for adults. You can repay their kindness by contributing plans of your own from time to time, but they get vetted, so you can be reasonably sure of the quality, instead of trawling through rubbish like you can on other sites. They're on facebook.
I used to download games from ESL printables, plus this site has some usable material-

Although nothing beats writing your own lesson plans to make them tailored to your own needs, I often find I don't have the time if I've got loads of different classes, plus you can get inspiration from other people and alter or develop their ideas.
There's also a site called Breaking News English which you should definitely look at - it's free and you get an mp3 with an audio track about a genuine, recent news event coupled with a large variety of exercises from which you chooses the most useeful for your class.
