Hi, I was part of the December 12th 2009 Melbourne Weekend Class and loved it. Brett is full of enthusiasm and great ideas and made everyone feel that they could go out and give it (TEFL) a go.
With 12 months of ESL teaching now behind me I would love to do a follow up course. Something that gives new ideas and builds on the teaching experiences that we have had.
Maybe some new lesson plans and challenges that we can take to the classroom regardless of where that classroom might be.
Would also love to catch up with the other December 12 attendees and find out where life has taken them, they were a great bunch of people and were full of ambition and ideas for their TEFL futures. Where are you now????????

Good news - we're actually just developing a course exactly like that! It's called the 'Advanced Classroom Course' and is 20 additional hours of face-to-face training, focusing on building your exisiting teaching skills and giving you greater confidence with lesson planning. The first ones will be this autumn and I know Melbourne is pencilled in to have a trial course - you'll get lots of details about it (including course dates) via email once everything is confirmed.
