Hi there people, after many months deciding whether to go seoul or busan, i've decided to try my luck in busan! I've based my decision purely on the scenery and i felt that seoul was too similar to living in london, which i want to get away from. Oh yeah, did i forget about the class plan that they were asking for aswel lol.
I'm scheduled for an interview from esl starter sometime in october. Spent the majority of the time getting all the paper work done aswel, mission completed, except for the visa of course. I've already saved up a good decent amount of squids (money) for the trip hoping that a couple of k's (not the cheap cider) would be enough.
I would like to use this blog to get to know people who are planning on going or who are already in korea. I intend to do alot of travelling during my time over there so it would be nice to meet new faces in the area.
if anybody has any tips on living, travelling, places to go, etc, your info will be most welcomed!

Hey Rikki as i said in the other blog im hitting up Korea Busan and Daegu as my first two choices. Fingers crossed! They both look a world apart from London be a nice change. If we both pass we will have to meet up for a beer before we go be nice to have a familiar face on the orientation ;)
i will certainly be interested in your blog... my plan is to go to korea in 2013...i was thinking of going next year but i hope to stay another year now in japan...
i am a but confused about the start dates and how to apple - on the EPIK website it says the start dates are march and September... one agency told me the intake is only august...
another told me march but you have to be available for february because of training
