I'm sorry that I can't give you the answers to any part of your TEFL course, it's just not the way that we work here, and we also do not offer any kind of free extension to the course either, has someone told you at any point that this is the case?

You do need to work with the Helpdesk about these issues, they are the ones who can help you from here to look at the options you have available. I'm sorry that you feel this way about the course and that you have had these issues, perhaps you could give them a call to chat through exactly why these things you have highlighted to me happened? There is always a reason behind any decisions or actions that are taken here at i-to-i.
