I now tutor several Korean students. I'm really enjoying it. I teach kids and adults and it is forcing me to become a better teacher. At the same time I am finding that I am not able to completely give...

New Year - New Me

At last. My brain is in gear. Last year was a bit of a downer for me. I'd completed the course but wasn't able to go ahead with my plan of teaching abroad. I am working here in the UK but it is becoming hard work even getting out of bed in the morning and making the effort to get there. Once there is no job satisfaction, there doesn't seem to be much point. I...

New Year + New Challenge = TEFL

Hello! I'm new... :)   This is the start of my journey... I have no idea where it'll lead or what I'm likely to see on the way. The only thing I can say for certain is that I'm looking forward to this adventure immensely!   With Christmas and New Year over, the thought of going back to work was fairly uninspiring! I do enjoy my job as an Business Consultant/IT Trainer in Derbyshire, UK,...
