Hey Paul can you help me with module 4 (video practice for large clases). Im stuck on this.
Thanksssssssss!
Thanks for that guys! Passed it finally and moving on to checkpoint 4 sometime today hopefully!
and ooohhh hhow exciting with all your job offers Becca, that's awesome! Congrats!
I had three attempts on this one as well. Checkpoint 4 & 5 are easier. This is the feedback i got from my one if that helps! X
Good lead in but you could involve the students more by asking them to tell you the activities - you could elicit from them? I like the idea of the timeline to clarify. Remember to include the written form. A substitution table would work very well. Good concept checking but this would be done before controlled practice. Good idea with the production and getting them to ask follow-up questions - perhaps you could make them a target of asking 4 follow-ups? You could also play 'find someone who'. Get students to put a positive sentence into a question form first. Students then mingle to complete the activity – for example find someone who is going to go to the cinema, go to the shops et.c. It would give them more productive practice with lots of different people in class. Then they can do a bit of report writing along the lines of "Some of us are going to..." All of us, most of the class, some of the students, hardly any of us, none of the class. This would all be based on their actual results.
Hey,
I didn't quite follow the structure, as I'm already kinda stuck in my ways, but if you start with a warmer, then present the language to them in a creative way i.e picture, then practice i.e a task of your choice, and then maybe a more production based task at the end....
Good luck, I'm sure you'll be fine! Let me know! :)

Hey how did you go with question 11? It;s the only one holding me up and it's my last resubmit! It's ridiculous! Any tips?
Haha, you are living the highlife!
I wish I was beaching it up, I don't know, that could be possible - see what people on here's experiences have been.
Well I've been offered a job for a year in Portugal, so there would be great, was looking there, Spain, Italy ect...so we will see. I'm a qualified Welsh teacher here so it all depends if anyone wants to employ me around here 1st - see if I can complete my NQT year, so only time will tell.
Well i have totally finished everything and now waiting to find a job in South Korea and get my visa, but i think i won’t have time because i fly to Thailand to chill out on the beach for the summer at the start of July lol, kinda pushing it. Maybe i can just turn up and find a job. I really hope so or I’m screwed lol. Where do you want to teach?
Hey Paul,
thank you for giving me hope - I think after work everyday is going to be TEFL MADNESS!
Where TEFL got you so far?
:)
