Wow. Expensive. We stayed at Chungking in August for 200 HK$ a night. Apple Hostel. Can't remember which block it was in though. Sorry.

Chungking Mansions, what a rip off. I wouldn't want to pay anymore than £20 a night there. It's only the location that warrants that amount of money, the rooms are cramped and noisy on top of that. There are tons of places in Mongkok and Prince Edward that would have cost around £30 a night.

McDonalds have saved me a few times...
