Just heard back from our jobs guru Rachel... here's what happens next:

Masako, who you've sent your documents to, will email you shortly to acknowledge receipt of these documents.  Masako will then forward your application details to a couple of schools and then she will get back to you with all the details about the school that is interested in offering you a position.  The school will need to carry out a telephone interview with you, so Masako will ask when you'll be available for this and what would be the most convenient time and telephone number.  Masako will also provide further information on the support package and details about obtaining the necessary visa and other documents that will be required upon arrival in Thailand.
