So cool, and need english teacher, strong economy. very nice!!
I spoke to someone at i-to-i this morning and they are really pushing going to either Ecuador or Indonesia. Neither of those are on my list of countries I'd like to go to but I'm not completely opposed. Can you tell me about Ecudor?
Hi,
I`m in Ecuador now! I teach at Canadian House centre in Loja, which is ok - I`ve only just got here and everyone seems pretty friendly. There are schools in Tena but my family there are selling up and moving to Imbabura, which is beautiful. Kallen is here too, in Quevedo, where are you?

Hi Pedro,
I'm close to finishing my course now and Ecuador is one of the countries i really want to go to. I've spent a bit of time there so I know it a little but not much. My dad used to have a finca near Tena. He's dead now but his widow still owns it and I know I could go there. I dont suppose there's too much work in that area though, what do you think? How do you find it in general, money, social life, etc? One thing which worries me is my tattoo. It's very tasteful, but is on my left forearm, do you think schools would turn me down because of it? It seems a fairly conservative country. I could always wear long sleeves, but maybe not in the jungle!
Sorry to bombard you with questions. I hope you are well and enjoying your time there. I've always loved my time in Ecuador, despite volcanoes, revolutions and epilepsy, I always want to go back!
Stay safe,
Alix
