I have been trying to call for help no answer trying to email ass day no replys anyone no why this could be?

Have you got the right email address? There seem to be a couple knocking around. I think the correct one is helpdesk@tefl-training.com. The other thing to take into account is that it was the weekend, and even Helpdesk staff are entitled to a couple of days off!
