Leaving China !

Hello Friends, It is time for me to bid sloppy or nonexistent manners, rudeness, talking behind my back and bribery good-bye.....for the last time. I have been in this teach-English-to-those-who-don't-want-to learn situation for almost 4 years and my experience has not been a real pleasant one.  Yes, I do speak Chinese, but most of my associates do not know that because I try to act dumb so I am able to hear more of their conversations about me.  My FAO actually asked me...

Hi Organist, thanks for joining the MAT group.  finally got a chance to reply to your comments..very revealing stuff! and useful info for us MATs to know.  hope you win the battle to stay, pls keep in touch.  cheers Terry

Hi,

Are you looking to work in China?

Do you want to work with Kindergarten children?

Do you want a good Salary?

Do you want weekends off and two ½ days?

If you do, please contact me today. Our kindergarten needs teachers for the new semester starting September. We also have vacancies in our training centers. We are based in GuangZhou, Dongguan, and Foshan all in Guangdong Province, China.

Our school is called CIEO (Canadian International Education Organization)

If you want more details then please get in touch, If you know someone who might be interested then please forward this to them.

If you can’t start September don’t worry, you can still apply as we need teachers throughout the year!

All the best,

Robert

Hi,

You can private message, yes - just click the 'send xxx a private message link' under their profile pic.

Enjoy!

Hiya

Taking a TEFL Course sounds like a really good idea. I work in the UK office myself, so you'd be best calling up our Boston office. Their number is 978 5326670. They'd be more than happy to have a chat with you about your options.

The best of luck!

The most important thing is conveying the correct idea (Damn! feel like I'm still in class!!)  using what sounds like the right words..........correct spelling is optional!!!......have one student who wants to spell things phonetically.....reading his writing papers elicits lots of laughs and smiles !   Neighborhood ?  We have those in China?  Golly, and here I thought all these large open spaces between buildings was for playing kick-ball !   Diabetes is a disease, Foreigners don't get those here !  Didn't you hear that we are forbidden from getting them?  Guess they called you on your other phone about this.
