About Me
I live in Bulgaria (originally from the UK) I love the nature here, walking, and the weather! :)
I want to try out something new as I'm getting on a bit at 45 this year, and apart from raising my wonderful family, I feel I haven't achieved much and there is plenty to do with the time I have...never too late huh? I wish I was in my late 20's though as I don't have that spongy brain anymore, more like a sieve!!
I want to teach in Bulgaria (obviously) however, the world's my oyster right! :)

I haven't been around here for a while, but I thought I would do a wee update re: how everything is going. I have had to put the kindergarten volunteering on hold as I've been doing more hours at the online school, and I have to admit I am really enjoying it now too. It is something I still hope to do as I really want to get some classroom experience but then again working...

Well, I passed the 120hr TEFL course last night..phew! The one assignment I was dreading and put off until the end was the Business English, however unbelievably it was the easiest assignment of them all IMO. I have been teaching online for a Bulgarian school for about 8 weeks. thanks for asking. Well I did great with the first 2 modules, and then hit Checkpoint 1 and have ground to a standstill, so have decided to crack on with the grammar awareness, and I'm just learning more about the structure of English, before I go for my first attempt.
Whatever happens though I will not give up, just like you didn't and you succeeded!!
So have you managed to get some work using your new skills??
