Good luck
Heya,
I had a skype interview for disney English a month or so ago and I was nervous too, because like u it was my first tefl interview and most first interview over Skype!
However, there really isnt anything to worry about, it is just like a normal interview, as u can see each other face to face and u cover the same stuff as u would in a normal interview. E.g. why do u want to be a tefl teacher? What are your skills? What is your experience? What appeals to you about this school? etc.
It is also an opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you like about them, as it is a two way thing and it is your way of finding out if you would like to work for their school. Those places in Spain sound great though! :)
Good luck!!
Hope everything goes well!

Thanks, one of the schools in in Gandia, Valencia and the other Murcia. Fingers crossed :-) xxx
I had one this morning and really its just like any other interview. They ask you about your experience and what sort of hours you are looking for or used to - you may well have to work a split shift. If they want you to teach kids they'll ask you if you have experience with kids and your attitude to discipline etc. It all depends on the kind of place - is it business or kids?
You should ask them all about what systems they use - books etc, timetables, levels, exams, resources and also (for your own sake) you need to ask about local rent prices, public transport etc.
Whereabouts are your schools?
