is it just me or is any one else struggling with question 4. i keep getting points (ii) and (iii) wrong. i passed all my 5 checkpoints first time and just passed my business english last night but can't get my head around that one question. grr.....think i need to switch off for the day so i'm off sightseeing in london with my friend from spain. might even do some one to one teaching on the way down :-)

For each of the following four sentences:
(i) Identify the verb phrase.
(ii) Name the structure.
(iii) Label the parts of the structure.
(iv) Describe the functional meaning conveyed by the verb in the sentence.
I put
He's been a teacher for ten years.
Answer:
(i) has been
(ii) present perfect continious
(iii) auxilary verb 'have' (past tense) + auxilary 'been'
(iv) An event/action/habit that started in the past and continues to the present and may continue into the future. (Reported speach)

Comment: 'has been' is the verb phrase but this is not the present perfect continuous. ii and iii are not correct. Please review the module and re-submit this task. Thank you.
I think (ii) might be present perfect and (iii) auxilaty of have (present tense) + past participle!!
