I'm just out of University, and I'm currently learning about TELF to try and get a teaching job in Japan.I've always been interested in Japan, both country and culture, though I'd like to go see other places sometime. Japan is what I'm most interested in right now. Now that my BA is finished, I want to take a year out to try and teach abroad, not only as a way of earning money so I can pay for an MA degree, but also as a way to shore up self-confidence in myself, and trying to become a better person as a result.
My interests are in film, video games and music, and I especially am interested in animation.

Hiya,
Welcome to Chalkboard! That's great you're thinking about teaching in Japan - have you decided which area you want to teach in yet? To get you started on the site you might want to chat to Paul, who's just started teaching in Japan, to get his advice about finding jobs etc:
