TEFL-qualified people teaching English in Indonesia may like to visit the Tanah Abang Market in Jakarta.
It is held daily from 8am until 4pm and people will be able to browse a numerous number of stalls at the former animal market.
Stalls often spill out onto the streets and locals are on hand to sell fabrics, clothes, souvenirs and traditional food, reports whatsonwhen.
People teaching English in Indonesia will also be able to buy traditional dishes from the street vendors, which could include satay, beef rendang and sambal.
Other dishes from the region include soy products such as tofu and tempe, which are very popular in the country.
TEFL-qualified people could consider teaching English in Indonesia as they will only be required to work 23 hours a week and can earn £510 a month, which is plenty as the cost of living is low in the region.
Contracts tend to last 12 months and the flight home will be subsidised.
