For those people who are a little nervous about the prospect standing in front of a class of students, teach English abroad specialist i-to-i is offering the English Program in Korea (EPIK) scheme in South Korea.
TEFL jobs such as this allow people to be paired with a native English teacher, with the firm noting that there is currently an option for people to do this in South Korea.
"You get paired with a Korean English teacher for all your classes, so there’s no chance of the little blighters taking over! You also get free accommodation," explained the organisation.
In order to apply, people must have a degree and more than 100 hours of TEFL training, but they will be rewarded with a "very decent salary".
EPIK is one of the three main government programmes for supplying English teachers to public schools in South Korea and covers everything outside of Gyeonggido province.
