Teach English in Poland and spend less money while exploring "places off the beaten track".
According to figures released by Tesco Travel Money on June 29th, Poland is one of the cheapest destinations to visit or even move to.
The firm found that a family of four could survive on £1,315 in Warsaw compared to £2,209 in Brighton over the same period of time.
Furthermore, eastern Europe is one of the best destinations for value for money so it may be worth considering teaching English there.
Those who decide to travel to Poland, should explore less well-known attractions to experience authentic culture, it has been suggested.
Agnieszka Bigaj, marketing and tourist information executive at the Polish National Tourist Office, said: "For a true Polish experience, to immerse yourself in Polish history, culture and traditions, you need to meet Polish people on private or family occasions, such as Christmas or Easter holidays."
She recommended a visit to the Podhale region in the Tatra mountains to witness traditional wooden architecture.
