Teaching English in Peru could provide some beautiful landscapes and views, as well as professional rewards, it has been claimed.
Peru is a great location with a "gorgeous" backdrop for anyone who travels to the country to teach English abroad.
This is the opinion of Nathan Prunty, a student of the Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio, who told thenews-messenger.com about his time teaching English in South America.
He spent the summer of 2009 in Cusco in the south of Peru an area located in a valley in the Andes mountain range.
While on his placement, he helped locals to improve their English skills and explored the nearby Macchu Picchu, which boasts an "incredible" view, he stated.
"Travelling opens your mind to the world and opens your perspectives. I always encourage people to travel. The more experiences you have, the more open you are," Mr Prunty told the publication.
Meanwhile, the Wanderlust Travel Awards, which were announced last month, hailed Peru as one of the best countries in the world to pay a visit to.
