Luxury hotel has opened in Malaysia

Posted 31 Aug 2010

People teaching English in Asia may like to visit Malaysia on their way home and indulge in a stay in a luxury hotel.

The Golden Palm Tree Sea Villas and Spa is the first eco-friendly resort on the Sepang Gold Coast.

It consists of 393 thatched villas that have been erected on stilts over the sea and each one has its own private balcony.

After spending the summer teaching English in Asia, people may like to unwind at the Spa and Wellness centre, which offers massages along with a range of treatments.

Furthermore, water sports lovers will find plenty to do at the resort, as visitors can participate in sailing, kayaking, diving and surfing.

The region also has white sandy beaches and excursions can be booked to see more of the country including a rainforest trip to Taman Negara.

Sepang Gold Coast has 22 km of beach frontage along the western coastline of Malaysia for tourists to enjoy.
