Volunteering to teach English abroad has become a little more accessible thanks to meaningful travel company i-to-i’s June discount package.
It means all volunteer trips are on sale with at least ten per cent off everything until the end of the month.
In addition, people who spend more than £1,000 on their trip can enjoy even bigger savings of 15 per cent.
One person who has already volunteered with the company as a TEFL teacher insists the opportunities are too good to miss.
Rachel Nicholson, who worked in Kenya, said: "[It was] a wonderful experience, eye-opening and so enjoyable."
Those tempted to follow in her footsteps could sign up for four weeks of community work with underprivileged children in Mombassa.
As well as volunteer projects and travel packages, i-to-i has also been offering intensive TEFL courses since 1994 and boasts over 54,000 graduates in the last 14 years.
