The full entertainment line-up for the Singapore Grand Prix, which takes place from September 17th to 26th, has been announced.
People teaching English in Singapore may want to treat themselves to a ticket, which will enable them to watch Formula 1 racing and live performances from music stars.
The headliners include Mariah Carey, Missy Elliot, Daughtry and Adam Lambert – the runner-up on American Idol in 2009.
Lynette Pang, executive director of arts and entertainment on the Singapore Tourism Board, believes that both music and race fans should book their tickets early to this major event.
She said: "Experiencing both the high octane race and concert together will be unforgettable."
Other aspects of the Grand Prix, which may appeal to those teaching English abroad, include art exhibitions, parties and new dining experiences.
Furthermore, the entertainment does not stop once the headline acts have performed as international DJs, a Brazilian martial arts troupe and aerial theatrical shows will also be appearing.
