About Me

Derek is fluent in English and Cantonese with a 140 hours combined TEFL certificate who has 2 months teaching experience in Hong Kong.  He graduated with a Masters in Business Information Technology Systems and has completed a Project Management Office training programme in London where he gained some professional qualifications such as Business Analysis, PRINCE2, Programme and Project Support Office Essentials and Investment Administrative Qualification.  He is a proactive, confident, motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual who has the drive to succeed working independently and in a team unsupervised and under pressure.  He has excellent management and computer skills from his years of study at university and from his work as a Native English Teacher and a Games Tester.  He has strong interpersonal skills where he builds strong relationship with a range of people.  He is currently looking for a challenging position in an organisation which makes best use of existing skills and experience to enable further personal and professional development.
