Hey Everybody!
My name is Max and I work for i-to-i TEFL in the Marketing Department. I have visitied many locations around Europe including France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Greece, Turkey and many more. Having a keen interest in travel already, i-to-i have added to the excitement for me to one day travel even further afield! I hope to visit in particular far East Asia and South America in the future... and perhaps a TEFL course will help me get there!
If you have any questions about teaching English abroad, TEFL courses or anything else including travel - give me a shout and I'll do my best to help you out!

Hey~!
Yeah I've been considering teaching abroad since last September! I updated my blog about why I want to teach in Japan specifically! Since leaving University I've been trying to really think about what I want to do in my life and talking to my parents about it, they support me through everything and I'm hopefully going to book my TEFL course soon!

Hey :)
I've always wanted to be an English teacher and I'm currently specialising in Spanish and English on my course, which will hopefully help me with becoming a MFL/English teacher once I graduate. I would love to go to Spain for a while and teach English there, alongside maybe South America. Mind you, China sounds amazing. I was showing my mum this website last night and she told me I must go to somewhere like China! (we have Chinese friends who said to me how they are desperate for English teachers out there too so who knows!) I won't be starting a TEFL course until I finish my degree in July but I am SO excited about it :) can't wait for my booklet to arrive so I can get a real insight to the courses.
What about you? Are you currently doing a course? Where would you like to teach?

Hi Max.
Thanks for all the help, it is really appreciated!
Ever since I have been applying for jobs, the only thing that ever came up was the baby sitting position with English, which would be fun but personally for me this teaching position is something that I intend to take seriously and I don't want to move to another country to baby sit. However like I said the second link you gave has literally posted something just yesterday which is perfect for me, it is working with kids, part time which is exactly what I need. I have just sent off my application, so thank you very much for that!

Hi Maxy.
Thanks for putting those towards me, I shall definetly be having a look through them.
As for where exactly, I am hoping for somewhere like Vietnam or maybe somewhere in Northern Thailand. Places a bit more removed from the tourist scene anyway! All starting sometime next year I hope!
Hi Max,
Thanks for the comment. I am on module 4 and feeling fine! not bad whilst working full time too!
Ideally hoping to go off the South America , beginning of next year if all goes to plan. i speak Spanish which is a plus and hoping to do a little travel too, all very exciting stuff. need to book that all important ticket soon.
Any info into what type of opportunities are availiable in S.America would be fab. Although...the internship schemes look pretty awesome too so who knows where i will end up after completing the course.

Helloooo Max! Thank you for your coment and the links on my profile. I will check those out. In answer to your question, yes I plan to move out to Poland permantly next summer. I have not started the i to i yet as I am returning to Poland in 3 weeks to visit my partner. I also won't have the funds to take the course until I return so I will be looking at doing the course in September. I am looking at the 40 hour combined course as I want some classroom practical learning.
Thanks again, take care, Kev. :)
Hi Max!
Thanks for the comment! Sounds like you've done a bit of travel yourself! TEFL is definitely part of my plan for travel, I'm hoping that if I end up really liking a country I can stay there or go back and teach. So far I'm thinking about Thailand...and I saw that you're looking at SE Asia, maybe we'll end up meeting up!
Hey Maxy, thanks a mil for the comment! Hope you continue to hop from country to country and have a total blast! Nice blog about why more men don't do TEFL by the by. :D
Hi Max, thanks for the comment, I'm hoping to teach predominately in Europe or Asia, experience wise - I classroom assisted when I was in sixth form for year 7 Spanish and French lessons - so I seen what methods etc my teacher used, I've also been tutoring English for free online for five years, but I'm wanting to just get out there and teach wherever I can, however i'm a little nervous on actually getting employed.
