Hello to all, I'm Maverick. I have been out of the classroom environment since I left school, which is just over twenty years ago. I must confess, up until I started the grammar section, I thought a Noun was just a Noun, now I find there are all sorts. I confess that up until I enrolled on this course, someone asking me about abstract nouns would probably have been directed towards an Art Gallery :D
I have enrolled on a TEFL as I plan to work abroad and pass on my life-skills to those in life that have a desire to learn and better themselves. I don't come from an academic background, hence I need to arm myself with the skills and knowledge to allow me to teach.
I am a keen sportsman, although I don't get the chance to play as much as I'd like. I enjoy going to the Gym, OK, I have a membership - surely that counts? :D
