I worked in Egypt and had a great time.  As a woman at times it wasn't easy...but it's just a case of appreciating it's a different culture, different mind set and a different experience!  I think you always have to change yourself a little when you live in other countries!  But yeah I had a great time...:-)

I'm an English teacher in the Canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. I took my Cambridge Proficiency exam in June 2006. Been teaching since the beginning of 2008 to youngsters and adults in private classes. I also work with disbled people. I'd like to teach for half a year or something in China. If my situation permits it, maybe in Autumn 2010? Oh, almost forgot, took i-to-i's online courses during the course of 2008. Was good fun!
