The best sites i have found for jobs are; ajarn, jpteachers and there are a few jobs on this site too. I'm a freelance journalist so have been trying to get some work in that field too. I wasnt sure whether to work in Bangkok or not - i do find it a fascinating place and there are lots more job opportunites there. Where are you thinking of heading in Thailand then??
Hey,
Welcome to Chalkboard. Great to see you're interested in teaching in Asia. What has attracted you to teaching there?
To get you started on the site you may want to have a chat to these members who are actually teaching in Asia at the minute:

Japan: http://www.onlinetefl.com/tefl-chalkboard/pdixon

Indonesia: http://www.tefl-chalkboard.com/robertclarke - Not teaching there now, but has lots of experience
Enjoy the site and feel free to ask me any questions you have :-)
Hiya - I know, theres so many places to look for work but how do you know which to go for??? Some of my mates say wait till you get out there then others say arrange from home?? It seems like there is a lot of work up for grabs so i'm sure it will work out fine - just want to make sure you get a decent school. So have you booked any flights yet or you still thinking about it? You been to Thailand before? cheers
