I couldn't post on your Spain blog for some reason, so here it is :)
From personal experience I would say wage wise you might be a bit disappointed, most of the time living expenses in other countries are cheaper so the lower wages can often stretch further but they are usually lower from what you might be used to making.
Fun wise though, I think the experience is what you make it. It’s always going to be new and exciting and daunting all at once but a lot of people prefer teaching in a foreign country, the students usually have a greater interest in you as a person and teacher and you can enjoy working in a way you wouldn’t normally have to (eg; gestures etc).
