How is Nanjing treating you?
I hope to be placed in the Jiangsu or Zhejiang province-they look really beautiful.
What is it like teaching over there-any good or bad suprises?
I'm heading over in August so if I get placed near by maybe we can meet up sometime?! :)
Take care x
That's good to hear! Beijing is a big place, the area i'm in there are very few tourists, but as you go further towards the centre I start to hear American and English accents haha.
Take care, and enjoy the rest of your time in China!
Hey! Been a while since we've heard from you on the chalkboard.. you still alive???? :)
Hi Lori!! I hope you don't mind I added you as a friend!? I've applied for the CHina internship leaving in August so I'm interested in hearing how everyone is getting on in China! I've read your blog and it's making me even more excited about going over! What's the best and worst thing about China and teaching over there in general? Have you had any bad experiences or has it all been good so far? I hope you don't mind me asking you some questions! I'm really excited to hear about China :) I hope you're having a great time. I'm looking forward to more blog entries from you.
Hello Lori,
How are you?
How do you find teaching in Nanjing?
I am doing the 120hour course at the moment and would like to go to China in September. I can see that they are getting more strict about the visa application when it comes to having a degree. Do you think I'll be able to find a job without it?
Cheers,
Lena
Hiya. Yeah Suzhou is an amazing place and I promise to write more about it soon. Well I have just started advertising on TEFL.com. Advertise whereever I can really. We are looking for a teacher to start at the beginning of December. You can send me your resume toshariff@51sunflower.net if you like.
