As a 30 year old from Holland that sadly does not have a degree and is not a native english speaker (although im rather fluent and use it every day)I was looking in particular at China but i wonder what my options are in this case or if its wise at all to try it out.I did come close to finishing a IT degree over a decade ago but sadly the 2 schools that cooperated...
